From initial call to final coaching session, Vermillion Coaching brings decades of experience to your unique communication journey.
Vermillion coaches can work with you as a team or on a 1:1 basis. We love to see people thrive through excellent communication and all our coaching is bespoke to your goals.
The Process

Initial call
Meet with a Vermillion coach to outline your goals with a free 15 minute call. All our coaching is bespoke and designed around your goals.
This call will form the basis of your coaching proposal.

Design
Vermillion coaches will design a bespoke coaching course for you or your team. They will work out which coaches are best placed to deliver your training and it can include psychometric testing.
A detailed proposal with pricing and timings will be sent to you prior to the start of coaching.

Deliver
Vermillion will work with you or your team through group training and one-to-one coaching.
Coaching can take place in person or online.
Pricing

1:1 Coaching
If you have a goal in mind, a one-off coaching session costs £350.
A bespoke course of coaching sessions usually involves 5-10 one hour sessions with a coach. Prices start at £1,600 for 5 sessions and £3,100 for 10 sessions.
All sessions can be taken virtually or at a central London location.

Team Coaching
Corporate training sessions are entirely bespoke to the needs of your team. They can include psychometric testing and a combination of 1:1 and group coaching.
Group coaching sessions can have a maximum of 10 participants and can take place at any location worldwide. Expenses will be outlined in our proposal and will be covered by the client.
A day of corporate coaching with your Vermillion coach starts at £3,500.

Key information
Prices are a guide only. All Vermillion coaching is bespoke to you and will be designed around your goals following an in-depth conversation. The final design of your coaching and the cost will be sent to you for approval.
Vermillion coaches have different areas of expertise and we will ensure that you have access to the coach best suited to your goals.
