Kate Bowes Renna
Founder, Vermillion Coaching
Kate has a passion for leveraging her training and experience to help people communicate successfully in any context. Originally trained as a classical actor, Kate worked in television and stage for many years. Kate then trained with the Life Coach Academy and has dedicated the last 20 years to coaching people on their communication journey. Kate’s fascination with cognitive processes led her to pursue studies in neuroscience, completing a Level 5 certificate in NeuChem through the ILM, and qualifying as a NLP practitioner. She is also certified to administer the Hogan psychometric, as well as Giant’s 5 Voices, and the EQ-i 2 assessments. Kate’s specialism is getting people back into the driving seat of their brains, enhancing their confidence and producing lasting results.

Annie Farr
Annie’s coaching is centred around empowering clients to discover an authentic voice characterised by clarity and conviction which enables them to engage their audience. With a background as a classically trained actor, Annie’s fascination with the power of voice and storytelling was sparked during collaborations with renowned vocal coaches. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, Annie continues to find immense satisfaction in witnessing their clients succeed.

Julia Taylor
Julia puts clients firmly on the front foot as communicators, making an impact with boldness, clarity and playfulness. Having originally gained a Law degree, Julia then worked as a primary school teacher for 4 years, before training and working regularly as an actress for 15 years. Alongside full-time acting work, she leads many creative communication workshops at London Business School and continues to teach at Said Business School, part of Oxford University.

Clare Kissane
Clare has worked in the media and the corporate world for the majority of her career and has over 15 years experience of coaching, facilitating and training in one-to-one and group sessions. She builds the confidence of her clients and hones their presentation skills to help ensure they each stand out from the crowd.
As well as being trained in voice and performance, Clare is also a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and NLP practitioner.

Damian Cooper
Damian has over 15 years in training and development, backed by his experience as an award-winning actor, stand-up comedian, and former DJ. Though he’s traded vinyl for a whiteboard, he still loves engaging with groups and helping them have fun. His performance background gives him unique skills to create impactful training sessions.
Damian has worked across sectors, including the UK’s counter-terrorism unit, CIA, FBI, and UN agencies, driving real change and enhancing communication skills. His diverse experience helps him understand organisational challenges and deliver tailored learning.

Sonya Ross
Sonya is an English pronunciation specialist who has been helping international professionals speak English with clarity, confidence and impact since 2006. Sonya uses a holistic, physical approach to embed her client’s learning. Sonya has an MA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London, and a First Class Certificate of Proficiency in the Phonetics of English from the International Phonetic Association.
And, she knows what it’s like to work on your pronunciation – Sonya is still working to perfect her French!

Mark Edel-Hunt
Mark loves working with his clients to simplify their message to that they are able to communicate technical, detailed information in a structured, concise way that engages a broad spectrum of audience.
He likes bringing precision, energy and a sense of humour to his sessions, and to strike a balance between challenging and nurturing his clients.
Mark trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and still works as an actor. His specialisms are working on pitching and negotiation.
